about My story:
Hi, I'm Giovanni, and this is the story of how my passions for mathematics, economics, technologies and regulation gave life to my career.
Since I was little, I have always had an insatiable curiosity about numbers and economics, exploring how things work and trying to understand the laws that govern the world. This passion led me to also be interested in emerging technologies and the regulations that govern them, finding the intersection between technological innovation and regulation fascinating.
In 2019, I participated in the "Corporate Valuations and Due Diligence, Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions" course at the Hotel de Russie in Rome. This experience strengthened my understanding of business dynamics and complex financial strategies. Subsequently, in November 2021, I took part in the "Corporate Digital Transformations - Blockchain TFI Training Week Dubai" workshop at the Dubai Silicon Oasis. This event further fueled my passion for blockchain, showing me the enormous potential of this technology in corporate digital transformations. In 2022, driven by my growing curiosity towards blockchain and cryptocurrencies, I decided to participate in the MASTER LAB BLOCKCHAIN ​​TECHNOLOGY & MANAGEMENT in Rome, where I had the opportunity to study with leading experts in the sector. This path provided me with an in-depth understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies, also applied to companies, revealing the hidden study and work opportunities offered by the MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets) and TFR (Transfer of Funds Regulation) regulations. These regulations have allowed me to specialize in the discipline of cryptocurrencies, including ARTs (Asset-Referenced Tokens), EMTs (E-Money Tokens) and other tokens, while also ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism regulations.

On 29 September 2023, I participated in the conference "Financial Analysis, Portfolio Management, Study of Financial Markets and Financial Instruments with Financial Planning" at the Avellino Chamber of Commerce Hall. This event consolidated my skills in the field of finance and allowed me to delve deeper into portfolio management strategies and the study of financial markets.

Today, thanks to these experiences, I am able to offer a unique perspective that integrates mathematical, economic, technological and regulatory skills. My practice focuses on consultancy for compliance with MiCA regulations, applications in financial intermediation, banking and payment services, and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. I also offer consultancy on the legal structure and functioning of tokens and smart contracts, drafting legal opinions on the nature and qualification of tokens as financial products, and training for companies in blockchain, asset tokenisation and cryptocurrencies.

about My skills also include international tax consultancy, cryptocurrency accounting, obtaining tax breaks and specific tax consultancy for the Italian context. With an integrated and multidisciplinary approach, I help companies and individuals navigate the complex world of blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies, while ensuring regulatory compliance and security.
